What are Protective Film Materials?
The invisible shield for product protection
Protective film is a functional coating used on product surfaces to prevent scratches, contamination, and corrosion during production, transport, installation, and use. Core characteristics:
High light transmittance:
Does not affect product appearance or usability.
High abrasion resistance:
Withstands thousands of rubs without scratching.
Residue-free removal:
Peels off cleanly with no glue marks left behind.

Protective Film — FAQs
How good are the scratch resistance and transparency? Is long-term use feasible?
Our high-transparency, scratch-resistant films maintain clear optics and withstand thousands of steel-wool rubs without scratching. They resist yellowing and aging over time.
Will there be glue residue after removal?
No. Using a specialized low-residue adhesive system, we tune tack to the substrate so films peel cleanly—ideal for precision electronics and optical panels. Residue-free test reports are available.
Do you support custom sizes and shapes? What’s the sample lead time?
Yes. Maximum die-cut size 1.8 × 1.2 m, minimum feature 0.5 mm; irregular, curved, and hollow shapes supported. Free samples in 1–3 days, with selection advice within 1 business day to accelerate validation.
Are the films environmentally compliant? Suitable for medical or food-contact products?
Yes. All films comply with RoHS/REACH and contain no volatile harmful substances. Medical-grade options meet ISO 13485; food-contact films meet FDA requirements. Full test reports can be provided.
